"Trackabeast has been a Godsend!"

"I really like the ease of data entry, the ability to keep donor history,
the various reports that can be run, the search parameters and the ability to
download and/or export the database and/or reports. The drop down menus and how
easily they can be customized is another key feature I use a lot.

Customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! Whenever I have encountered a problem, had
a question or asked about an enhancement, I have been amazed at not only how quickly
Carrie and Jim acknowledge the request, but also how quickly the problem is resolved
or the enhancement made. Both individuals understand databases and their product very
well and are open and receptive to comments and enhancements to improve the quality and
usability of Trackabeast.

I really think we have just scratched the surface on really getting all the benefits
that Trackabeast has to offer. Trackabeast is a robust system and has so much to offer.
Given the excellent customer service that Carrie and Jim have so far provided, I am very
optimistic about the future potential of Trackabeast and look forward to a long and successful
collaborative effort to enhance all aspects of this great product..

I can sum this up in three words... a BARGAIN! an EXCEPTIONAL VALUE!

Web access is perhaps the best aspect of Trackabeast as it allows all Board members to
access our database without the need of a dedicated computer. This feature has saved us from
having to invest in new computer resources and the need to keep upgrading whatever software system
we would otherwise use. Web access provides me the unique ability to check on any aspect of a member
or kitty from either home, work or anywhere there is Internet access. And, with web access, Trackabeast
is much more useful to the entire Board.

And again, the ability to access the database via the web is important and that it is backed up by
the host on a regular basis gives me a great deal of comfort. and with web access, much more useful
to the entire Board.

The old data base we used was administered by one person, was neither flexible or user friendly.
Trackabeast is far more flexible and user friendly "

"I got a call on our "800" number last week while I was at
work. It was from a lady in California who had found
one of our dogs. I was able to use the collar tag
number to search Trackabeast, figure out which dog it was
and who the owner was. The dog and owners
were reunited within half an hour.

That alone makes me love Trackabeast, not to mention all of
the other great features.

I love Trackabeast. I get calls and emails at home and at the office about rescue
and I am able to access the dog's records on line in either place. In several instances,
I have reunited wandering adoptees with their owners via Trackabeast. All of our dogs are
microchipped and have our rescue collar tags, but even in cases where the entire collar is
gone, if I get the general location of where the dog was found, I can do a search on
Trackabeast and narrow it down to the probable owner. The Trackabeast developers are always
working to respond to the needs of their customers and improve the system."

easy-to-use system. There are primarily two of us using it, another lady does the animals and
I do the donations. We’ve also recruited a couple of volunteers to go back and enter all our old
